The Nicest guy in Hollywood, Weird Al Yankovic through his own company Ear Booker Enterprises is suing Sony Music Entertainment for $5 Million.
Yankovic alleges that Sony Music has been underpaying his royalties he is entitled to. He also alleges Sony is paying him a straight royalty for download sales instead of the 50% that his licensing deal calls for, and has not been paid for money Sony received from lawsuit settlements from Napster, Kazaa and Grokster.
The Lawsuit was filed in Federal court in New York.
